Here's something important to know: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately. This is perfectly normal and helps us get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Time Limit: You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to request changes or cancellations.
Why? After 24 hours, your order is likely in the final stages of processing or has already been dispatched. Once it's out the door, we can't pull it back.
