- We'll process your request with urgency and do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order is in the hands of our dispatch team and is already en route to you.
At this stage:
- We cannot divert, recall, or modify the shipment.
- The order is immutable — meaning it's locked in and on its way.
Why the tight deadline? Because we prioritize speed and efficiency to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders rapidly to ensure you're rolling dice sooner rather than later.
Our Advice: Review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Double-check quantities, addresses, and product selections to avoid any issues.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece of gear you receive from us. But if something's not right, we've got you covered.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

Refund Timeline

- Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Amount

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — guaranteed.

- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- We'll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Our Promise: If we sent you a faulty product, we take full responsibility. You shouldn't have to pay for our mistakes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. However, in rare cases, packages may be lost or stolen during transit.
What we can do:
- If tracking shows your package was not delivered, contact us at contact@criticalloot.com, and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- If the package was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Confirming the delivery address
- Filing a report with the carrier
We'll work with you to resolve the issue, but please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, liability shifts to the shipping company.
Pro Tip: Consider requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders to protect against theft.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Information
It's your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you provide an incorrect address:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error.
